We built on renowned valve and pump brands with world-class manufacturing across North America, Europe, and Asia. Our proven expertise supports industries including nuclear, fossil power, water, wastewater, general industry, and oil & gas.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert technical support to the sales team, aligning factory capabilities with customer needs to drive growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize product profitability and establish market leadership. Additionally, you'll develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet market share goals, ensuring alignment with market demands. The Product Manager will work closely with the outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with market needs and company goals, including defining product vision, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure new product development aligns with customer needs across industries and regions.
  • Manage product development projects to ensure timely, successful launches and continuous improvement, collaborating across the organization.
  • Track product performance metrics and use data to inform decisions and drive enhancements.
  • Ensure products meet industry standards and regulations, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Work with marketing to create targeted sales campaigns and materials.
  • Gather customer feedback and assist sales teams with data collection and presentations.
  • Update installation databases, conduct training, and support sales activities through customer visits.
  • Analyze internal feedback and adjust execution strategies; occasional travel required.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally with a pump original equipment manufacturer.

Bonus:

  • Technical and commercial experience with engineered-to-order and configured-to-order pumps, including centrifugal, reciprocating, screw, and specialty pumps, for markets such as oil & gas, nuclear, conventional and renewable power, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of distribution sales strategies, pricing models, and sales approaches through representatives.
