Location: Portland, TN

125k-140k base salary

Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the production processes within the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and coordinate production schedules, while also implementing best practices in metal stamping and welding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely procurement of materials.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
Provide training and support to team members on production techniques and equipment operation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of metal stamping and bonus points for welding processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
