Position Overview
The CNC/Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the machining department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production process. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of machinists, coordinate production schedules, and maintain the highest standards in our manufacturing environment, particularly for aerospace and defense projects.
