Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for water treatment chemicals in boilers, cooling systems, and wastewater treatment, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and solutions.
Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups to provide technical expertise.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Work independently within a supportive team environment, owning your sales territory.
Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment sales, with a focus on chemicals for boilers, cooling systems, and wastewater treatment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of water treatment chemicals and systems.
Self-motivated, able to work remotely and independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Thrive in a competitive yet team-oriented environment.
Experience managing and growing customer accounts.
