We handle everything from dredging waterways and ship docks to major construction and expansion projects, around the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Traveling Quality Control Manager to oversee quality for our dredging projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). You'll be traveling to different project sites across the U.S., making sure everything meets quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement quality control plans for dredging projects.
Regularly inspect and audit project sites to ensure they meet USACE standards.
Work with project managers and teams to fix any quality issues and put corrective actions in place.
Keep accurate records of all quality control activities.
Train and guide project staff on quality control procedures.
Be the go-to person for any quality-related questions from clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in quality control management in dredging or marine construction.
Experience with USACE projects is a must.
Knowledge of dredging operations and marine construction practices.
Familiarity with quality control management systems like RMS and Procore.
Great communication and people skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S.
