An established firm that specializes in Commercial Law, Real Estate, Employment Law, Administrative Law, International Law, Government Affairs, and Elections Law, is seeking a Transactional Attorney with 5-7+ years of experience to join their team in Tucson or Phoenix. This person would have experience in Business, Commercial, and/or Real Estate transactions.
Offer:
$140,000-$160,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in transactional law such as Business, Commercial, and/or Real Estate
Arizona Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
Developing legal strategies and providing solutions for complex business issues
Collaborating with team members on cross-disciplinary matters
Maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality legal representation
