Based in Albany, NY, we provide Accounting & Auditing services, including, Business Advisory, Individual Accounting, and Pension Plan services.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team! Must have at least 3+ years of Tax Management experience and knowledge of individual tax, including 1040. Must have a current EA or CPA license.
Must be local to Albany, NY or willing to relocate.

What You Will Be Doing
- Review individual income tax returns, manage client engagements, coach and supervise other tax professionals.
- Participate in client meetings to assist with answering questions, review returns, research tax issues, and be involved in strategic tax planning.
- Review workpapers and tax returns prepared by tax accountants and other department professionals including technically complex returns.
- Conduct internal training for tax preparation team on tax topics.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills
1.) 3+ years of Tax Management experience
2.) Experience reviewing and preparing individual tax returns (1040)
3.) Experience coaching and supervising other tax professionals
4.) Current EA or CPA license
