The Role:
We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements, manage a team of tax professionals, and provide strategic tax planning and compliance solutions. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and review tax filings for individuals, businesses, partnerships, and corporations.
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services tailored to client needs.
Manage and mentor tax staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
Monitor and implement updates to tax laws and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

CPA license required.
5-7+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Expertise in tax software and strong technical proficiency.
Proven leadership and client management skills.
