What You'll Do
As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll apply your expertise to oversee complex tax engagements, with a focus on SEC clients, while positioning yourself to take ownership of a substantial book of business. This role is a launchpad to leadership for those with partnership goals.
What You Need for This Position
- Experience: 7-10+ years in tax management, with demonstrated experience serving SEC clients (public company tax compliance and reporting).
- Credentials: Active CPA license.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- SEC Expertise: Hands-on experience managing tax processes for SEC registrants, including familiarity with compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Leadership: Readiness to take on a book of business within 2-3 years and drive its growth.
- Schedule: Hybrid work arrangement, with periodic in-office presence in Houston, TX.
