Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction and maintenance activities in commercial, jail, and hospital facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify issues and ensure proper maintenance.
• Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role, preferably in commercial, jails, or hospital projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
