Job Title: Travelling Superintendent
Location: Grand Rapids, MI - 60% travel position
Compensation: $80k - $110k base salary (DOE)
Requirement: 4+ years of Supervising Commercial Construction projects - $2M - $25M+ range

- Continuously maintain a positive working relationship with clients, architects, subcontractors, city officials and neighboring businesses
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects, vendors to enable future project planning and support continuous business growth
- Primary point of contact at the jobsite to work directly with City, State and Government officials, inspectors and representatives
- Ensure a safe work environment by leading safety meetings and actively participating and completing annual safety training
- Provide onsite authority to enforce safety standards
- Effectively communicate with the project team
- Maintain a keen eye on day-to-day project operations while focusing on the projects critical path
- Need to have experience supervising projects in the $2M - $25M+ range.
- Experience in Municipal projects, shopping centers, Industrial facilities, Mixed-use structures, and general retail stores are ideal.
- Requires minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
- Knowledge and experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel Software is preferred.
- Knowledge of administration and management needs in the construction industry. Must be able to plan, allocate resources, manage production, and coordinate - people, and equipment.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel locally to job sites.
