Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with Civil experience to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also adhering to safety regulations and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.
• Supervise and lead the construction team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
• Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with Civil experience or in a similar managerial role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
