Senior Tax Manager - Partnerships/S-Corps/CPA

Position Overview
The Senior Tax Manager will lead tax compliance and consulting services for partnerships and S-Corporations. The candidate will provide expert guidance on tax matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations, while also identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns for partnerships and S-Corporations.
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients to minimize tax liabilities.
Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax laws and regulations affecting partnerships and S-Corps.
Manage client relationships and serve as a primary contact for tax-related inquiries.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive tax strategies and compliance.
Prepare and present tax-related reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Active CPA license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax services for partnerships and S-Corps.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations relevant to partnerships and S-Corps.
Proven experience in managing tax compliance and consulting projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.
