Title: Sr. Sales Manager/Account Executive
Location: San Jose, onsite/hybrid OR 100% remote based out of New York Area, Boston, MA, Orange County, Dallas, TX 
Salary: $100,000-$145,000 + Commission

 
Requirements: 

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Sales, with proven success selling cybersecurity solutions 

We are a well-established and growing cybersecurity company. We are looking for experienced and dynamic Sr. Sales Managers to join our team with a background in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

The Sr. Sales Manager/Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client accounts in the cybersecurity sector. This role involves leading sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) market. 
  • Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate sales forecasting.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably MDR services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly in threat detection and incident response.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM Software.
