Senior Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from pre-construction planning through completion. You will use your expertise in construction science, building systems, Mechanical Engineering, and construction management to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, subcontractor contracts, change orders, budgets, vendor/supplier solicitations, and field labor resources. You will also be expected to ensure health and safety standards are met and provide exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage complex construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion
Ensure project is delivered on time and within budget
Develop and manage project schedules
Monitor project budgetary allocations
Solicit and manage vendors and suppliers
Manage subcontractor contracts and change orders
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
Produce resources and manage field labor
Utilize Bluebeam software, Procore Management, and CAD fabrication
Organize and maintain project documents
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Construction Science, Building Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong system aptitude and document organization skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of Bluebeam software, Procore Management, and CAD fabrication
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
