Job Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator
Location: St. Louis MO
Salary: $65-85K Based on Experience

Additional Ways In Which A Candidate May Stand Out Would Be:
Prior experience working in the AEC Industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Assist in meetings for project pursuits, lead proposal kick-off meetings
Manage the entire proposal production lifecycle, including coordinating internal/external team efforts
Support the Relationship Development Team with marketing collateral for strategic pursuits
Maintain document controls of all digital marketing resources and collateral within the marketing folder structure
Conceptualize, research, produce, and maintain schedule for digital media, company branded promotional items, company events, conventions, and association memberships
Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in developing and implementing procedures and processes for identification, screening, and selection of company branded material
Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
Assist in maintaining the company website update
Assist in data entry and upkeep of pertinent content and document tracking in the CRM
Assist ADA Division with coordinating conferences and supporting proposal efforts
Provide solutions to the firms day-to-day marketing needs
Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Business, Communications or relate field
5+ years proposal marketing experience in the A/E/C Industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams
WordPress and Google Analytics
Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
