Senior Manager of Trust & Estate

Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Trust & Estate will oversee the management of trust and estate services, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role is essential for providing high-quality advisory services to clients, guiding them through complex tax, trust, and estate planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage trust and estate engagements for a diverse clientele.
Provide expert advice on tax implications related to trusts and estates.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to create tailored estate planning strategies.
Prepare and review legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney.
Collaborate with other professionals, including CPAs and attorneys, to ensure comprehensive client service.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive engagement.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting trust and estate management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Juris Doctorate (JD)
CPA designation is a significant plus.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in trust and estate management or related field.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, trust administration, and estate planning strategies.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
