We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Designer to lead design projects and innovate architectural solutions for our growing client hospitality and entertainment client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and a passion for creating functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural solutions that meet project requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models to clients and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Foster strong client relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Licensed (required) Architect, Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
10+ years experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial projects.
Proficiency in design software including CAD and BIM tools.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Excellent presentation and communication/client relations skills to effectively convey design concepts.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and documentation standards.
Experience designing projects in hospitality or entertainment sectors is a plus.
