Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage flooring projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or multifamily flooring, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee flooring projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
Develop project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to budgets
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the flooring industry
Strong knowledge of commercial and multifamily flooring systems
Proficient in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
