This is an exciting opportunity with a growing Civil Construction company located in the Atlanta market. With a strong backing and great leadership. Our team is looking to expand over the next year and continue to provide excellent service to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team with Site Development and/or Underground utility experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, with a focus on underground utilities and site development. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines and deliverables for construction projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations
Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Maintain project documentation and records accurately

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, particularly with underground utilities and site development
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
PMP certification is a plus
