Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Grand Haven, MI, US- Washington D.C- Northern Maryland - Florida- California (must be located in one of these areas)
Salary: $80k Base + Commission + Bonuses OTE $175k+

What You Will Be Doing
We are searching for a dependable, hardworking individual to join and drive sales revenue while encouraging customer growth in your city!
What You Need for this position:
Manufacturer, Distribution, or Construction product sales experience
Experience in contract negotiation (B2B Sales)
Manufacturer to Builder negotiation experience
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel
a valid driver's license
Nice to haves:
Experience with large Territory Project management in Construction Industry
Proven track record of recent sales/revenues
Large Volume negotiations 100+ homes is a huge plus
An expert in at least 1 product sales category- Roofing, Flooring, Concrete etc.
