Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Fencing

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fence Project Manager/Estimator to accurately estimate costs for projects and oversee those projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of both commercial and residential construction, particularly in fencing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients regarding project status
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
• Proven experience estimating fences, gates, gate operators/security, or related.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fencing construction techniques, materials, installation processes, and cost factors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management and estimation software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
