Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in personal injury law and a proven track record of managing cases from intake to resolution. This role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach to legal advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and support.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Michigan Bar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
