Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Metallurgical Engineer to join our team, responsible for the development and optimization of materials and processes in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in metallurgy to solve engineering problems, enhance product performance, and ensure quality standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct materials analysis and testing to evaluate properties and performance of metals and alloys.
Develop and implement processes for heat treating, welding, and coating of metals to enhance their durability and performance.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize material selection and processing techniques.
Troubleshoot metallurgical issues in production and provide solutions to improve product quality and efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in metallurgical engineering to integrate best practices into projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in metallurgical engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of metallurgy principles and processes, including welding and heat treating techniques.
Familiarity with cold forging and cold forming processes and coatings
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
