Looking for an Superintendent to focus on work in the Commercial Masonry sector, working in a team to put together estimates ranging in value up to $20M.

Job Requirements:
- Commercial masonry experience is required, prior supervisory experience preferred
- Oversee commercial masonry projects
- Supervise crew members and carry out supervisory responsibilities to include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with owner's representatives, general contractor's, employees and vendors
- Produces as skilled mason when project allows
- Read blueprints and follow plans and materials lists to ensure project is executed accordingly
- Promote and oversee safety and conduct daily and weekly safety meetings
- Enforce all OSHA, company and client safety policies
- Manage job site organization and cleanliness to professional standards
- Inspect work in progress to ensure all workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Complete crew member time sheets and submits to payroll weekly
- Oversee security and maintenance of equipment and tools
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.
- 3+ years Supervising projects for reputable General Contractors/Subcontractors
- Commercial Masonry Experience
