Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop scalable solutions.
Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to extract insights from large datasets.
Utilize R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model development and experimentation.
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for performance and accuracy.
Deploy models into production and monitor their performance over time.
Implement feature engineering techniques to improve model performance.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with natural language processing and neural networks.
Knowledge of cloud computing and model deployment strategies.
Proficient in SQL and big data technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
