The firm represents a variety of insurance carriers and insured and self-insured clients. We are looking to add a Litigation Attorney to our team!
Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, commercial disputes, and other civil cases.
-Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
-Conduct legal research and case analysis to build strong arguments for trials.
-Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions.
-Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences.
-Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
-Provide clients with regular case updates and maintain strong communication throughout the process.
-Work collaboratively with other attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
Requirements:
-4+ years of civil litigation experience
-Bar Admission in NY and or NJ
-JD from an accredited Law School
-Trial experience preferred but not required
-Strong writing and analytical skills
