What you need:

  • High performer with 4 - 6 years of experience with securities litigation, including private securities class actions, derivative suits, and SEC investigations.
  • You have experience exhibiting your strong analytical ability, resourcefulness, and your ability to be a team player. 
  • You concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
  • You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
