Labor & Employment Attorney

Position Overview
We are an Am Law 200 firm seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in our Palm Beach, FL office. We are growing fast and are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience, who will provide expert legal counsel on a variety of labor and employment matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing our clients' best interests. Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on labor law and employment law issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and discrimination cases.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and severance packages for clients.
Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes and regulatory matters.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in labor and employment legislation.
Advise clients on best practices for compliance with employment regulations and policies.
Assist in developing training programs for management on employment law issues.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed to practice law in FL
3+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Excellent litigation skills and experience in handling employment-related disputes.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear advice to clients.

Benefits
