He's extremely well-versed in recruiting for technical positions, from the Application Development vertical, through the Network/Infrastructure side of things and he's also had success filling positions outside of IT as well. Rare skill-sets are no match for Dailey.

His primary focus is on both culture fit and technical aptitude.

Sean, Tell Us About an Exciting Job Match You Made Recently:

Recently, I started working with a company that has now become one of my best clients. When I initially reached out to the CEO, he said that they never had any luck using recruiters, but was willing to give me a shot. I took this as a personal challenge. I was able to send a fantastic candidate their way within a couple days and they fell in love with him. After a few short months, the candidate that I placed is now interviewing other candidates that I send to my client and plays a large part in their hiring process.

Not only was I able to change their perspective on recruiters, but I was able to find a client who truly appreciates and values their employees!

I’m motivated to go above and beyond because I genuinely care about my candidates and clients.

I geek out over the idea that my candidates are creating technology that I use on a regular basis! I also love what I do. There are not many professions that allow you to truly change people’s lives. Whether it is finding a job for someone who has been out of work or helping someone improve their quality of life, there is immense altruistic value to it.

What Do You Think Separates CyberCoders from the Average Recruiting Firm?

For starters, we have an amazing tech team. They created a one-of-a-kind, mind-blowing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that allows us to find even the toughest of skill sets. We also have the largest marketing budget in our industry, making sure our client’s jobs are seen by the masses. Possibly the biggest factor, is our culture and our people. We have an amazing team here! Rather than competing against each other, we help each other succeed! I have never seen a more collaborative environment.
