1. Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?
I recently worked with a candidate having serious commute issues. He said it was not only draining personally but it also was affecting his family life. I happened to have a great client close to where he lived that was looking for someone of his technical expertise. The great part about it was that his wife worked in the building next door. He got the job and now carpools with his wife to and from work without having to drive 2 hours a day. He is very happy and I was glad to help.
2. What drives you to go above and beyond?
I have had a lot of undesirable jobs in the past, I used to have to work outdoors doing construction in Colorado, so office jobs are great. I will do whatever I need to do to stay in nice air-conditioned/heated office!
