Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves representing clients in civil litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation and insurance defense cases
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements and manage discovery processes
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Prepare and present cases at trials, hearings, and arbitrations

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense or a related field
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Familiarity with the legal process and civil litigation procedures
