Position Overview
We are a boutique wealth management group with offices in LA, San Diego and Baton Rouge. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire qualified Financial Advisors. The Financial Advisors will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning and will include building/maintaining a book of business. This role is ideal for someone with an existing book, or a sole practitioner who would benefit from a supportive operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Create and implement customized financial strategies that encompass investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning.
Monitor clients' financial portfolios and make recommendations based on market trends and performance.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial plans and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay informed about financial markets, tax laws, and investment products to provide the best advice to clients.
Continuous business development and relationship management to sustain and grow your book of business

Qualifications

Passed Series 6, 7, 63, 65 or 66 exams.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years in Financial Advising/Planning, existing book of business preferred.
Knowledge of tax planning or having a tax background or CPA is a bonus
Strong consultative and client relations skills with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
Series 65/66 licensure is preferred.
Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney is a plus.
