Over the course of our 40 years history, we have focused on several project types that include retail centers, multifamily housing, mixed-use buildings, hotels, restaurants and entertainment facilities, as well as healthcare and office buildings.
- Responsible for Estimating, Bidding, Cost Analysis
- Budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Portland
- Ground-up, new construction or Tenant Improvements
- On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid, or similar bid management software
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams & Clients
- 5+ years of Estimating Experience within Commercial Construction
- Projects valued from $2 - $25 million in commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and multifamily construction (new and renovations).
- Commercial or Multi-family experience, both is a plus
