We are looking for an experienced Industrial (Electro-Mechanical) Maintenance Mechanic to join our great team!
We are family owned bakery that has been working to ensure quality service and products for over 100 years. We take great pride in our history of producing high-quality bread products in the Boston area, and serve local sandwich shops all the way up to national restaurant chains & supermarkets.
This role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and providing maintenance to complicated electrical, electronic, and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of bread products.
** Looking for 3rd shift employees - Saturdays REQUIRED (flexible days off during the week and Sundays) **
- Troubleshoot, identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on high-voltage industrial machinery (480v)
- Preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including machine controls (maintain/repair/calibrate)
- Create logic & flow diagrams for program design and commissioning
- Configure other automation devices such as VFDs
2nd Shift: 7pm-3am
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
5+ years experience with:
- Electrical equipment diagnostic & repair in a manufacturing setting - able to read & work from blueprints
- Experience doing maintenance on high-voltage (480v) machinery
- Ability to maintain, repair, calibrate, and complete preventative maintenance on a variety of electrical, electronic, and automated equipment, which includes machine controls
- Proficiency with automation hardware/software including but not limited to Allen Bradley
- PLC programming preferred
Salary: $30-$50/hour DOE (OT Available)
