Position overview:

The Senior Project Executive (SPE) will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and
project management expertise for all active construction projects. This role will also involve
managing and mentoring the Project Management Department, ensuring adherence to company
standards, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. The SPE will act as a key liaison between
executive leadership, project teams, and clients, driving project success from initiation to
completion.

What you need:

10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on electrical contracting. (Managing MEP teams also ok)
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale multifamily high rise, commercial, industrial projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or equivalent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with high-rise, tenant improvements, and mission-critical environments is a plus.
