This position is onsite in Lubbock, Texas.

We are expanding our team and we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join! This role will play a crucial part in designing and deploying advanced electrical systems ensuring seamless integration with software and hardware platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop electrical systems for our industrial automation and energy management solutions. v
-Integrate electrical components with our software and hardware platforms.
-Test and troubleshoot circuit designs, PCBs, and embedded systems.
-Optimize power management, signal integrity, and communication protocols.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and system performance.
-Support field implementations, including customer deployments and troubleshooting in real-world environments.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
-Strong knowledge of circuit design, wiring diagrams, and PCB design (Altium, Eagle, etc.).
-Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, etc.).
-Familiarity with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, Modbus, etc.).
-Understanding of power electronics and signal processing concepts.
-Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
