Electrical Controls Engineer

Location: Sullivan, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30 PM

Salary: $90-130k DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various electrical applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of automation and control technologies, ensuring efficiency and safety in electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for electrical applications
Program and configure PLCs to automate processes
Create and update electrical schematics and diagrams using AutoCAD
Develop HMI interfaces for operators and technicians
Prepare electrical bill of materials for projects
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems and motor controls
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer
Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming with either Allen Bradley or Siemens
Proficient in AutoCAD for creating electrical schematics
Familiarity with electrical bill of materials and project documentation
Understanding of vision systems and motor control technology
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
