Based in North Laurel, MD and we're looking for a Director of Marketing Technology to lead a small team of developers and outside IT vendors. This is an agency-based IT marketing role where you'll help shape our digital strategy, manage technical projects and oversee the integration of technology into our marketing solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Report to our VP of Brand Integration
Manage 2 developers and outside IT vendors
Manage and build out IT resources
Collaborate with our creative, digital performance strategist/strategy teams to deliver great client experiences
Lead the technology marketing needs of our client
Review code and access technology
Develop and execute the firms IT roadmap
Manage and track the delivery of our technical projects
Lead as technical advisor to our clients
Manage our technology budget, forcasting and optimizing resources for the best ROI
Parcitipate in the firms annual planning process for clients

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of senior marketing technichology leadership
3+ years of industry specific agency marketing IT experience
Proven success with Web Development and digital marketing technologies
WordPress/Drupal
PHP
CRM System experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, Sharp Spring
Google Analytics hands-on experience
Project management experience
Strong communnication and presentation skills
Previous experience managing direct reports, budgets and 3rd party vendors
Ability to work on-site every Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
