We are looking for a minimum of 3 years insurance litigation experience, with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
Position Overview:
The position involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements. Candidates must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing. The ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and communicate well.
Must Haves:
-3+ years of legal litigation experience
-Florida Bar Admission
-Juris Doctor
-Excellent writing and analytical skills
