We are a premiere full-service resort style multifamily developer with a team who has over 60 + years of experience. Our primary business is developing Class-A ground-up multifamily communities including 3 and 4 story surface parked, build-to-rent cottages, wrap-style multifamily and high-rise multifamily as well as 3 story climate controlled self-storage facilities. We have many new build developments in process and under contract in the Florida area and seeking to fill this role as soon as possible. This position is open to anyone who lives in the state of Florida as you will be travelling from different sites in different cities. A huge plus if you have site development experience!
