Position overview:

We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality concrete solutions while fostering a strong, collaborative team environment. We're currently looking for an experienced Estimator with 2+ years in commercial construction to join our growing team. The Estimator will work directly with the Commercial Division Manager and will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, vendors, and internal estimating team members. This position plays a critical role in securing new business and supporting company growth through accurate and timely bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieving electronic bidding documents for commercial estimates.
Becoming familiar with all aspects of the job plans and specifications;
Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for concrete scopes of work.
Collaborate with the Commercial Division Manager during all phases of the bid process.
Evaluate bid documents, project specifications, and drawings.
Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical understanding
Experience in writing and communication
+2 years in commercial estimation
