CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our CNC machining processes, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency while implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve workflow.
Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming and machining process setup.
Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise.
Design and improve tool designs and fixtures for CNC machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in CNC programming and machining processes.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred.
Knowledge of G-Code and experience with precision measurement tools.
Experience in quality control and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Salary - $75,000 - $95,000
