Position Overview
The Client Accounting Services Senior will oversee and manage the accounting needs of our clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role is pivotal in providing outsourced accounting services, including accounts receivable and payable management, month-end close, and payroll processing, to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations for multiple clients
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections for accounts receivable
• Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist clients with payroll processing and compliance
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to accounting services
• Develop and implement best practices in client accounting services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client accounting services or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures
• Experience with outsourced accounting and payroll processing
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
