Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Century City, CA- Could be open to San Jose CA and Austin, TX as well
Salary: $120k-$165k + bonus,

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in civil litigation. Experience with business, commercial, corporate, and/or employment litigation is preferred.

At this time, we are looking to hire Associate Attorneys with at least 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience. Experience with business, commercial, corporate, and/or employment litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include drafting and responding to demand letters, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and handling motion practice. The role also involves taking and defending depositions, client communications, and representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation. Candidates should be comfortable working in both state and federal courts. Trial preparation and participation may also be required depending on case needs.
