Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Riverside, CA
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
We are a Christian Organization and are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Riverside. In this role, you will work with our team to provide support and access to data. This may include: assisting with the development of policies and procedures, project management, and monitoring systems and data integrity, guiding users in decision-making regarding codes, values, parameters, data conversion specifications, validation criteria, forms, report standards, and ad-hoc reporting needs, developing both functional and semi-technical specifications for users and developers, analyzing, troubleshooting, and researching system issues as needed.
This is a full time, permanent position in Riverside, CA. The first 90 days will be onsite, then will likely be hybrid.

Work with department staff to investigate, analyze and resolve hardware, software and communications issues related to business applications in support of the organization's operations.
Help departments define existing and new business processes, recommend technology solutions, and implement technology solutions.
Plan, monitor, analyze, and manage projects to improve business process performance.
Elicit user requirements and look for ways to improve and create efficient processes and systems.
Assess user requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to help meet business needs.
Provide end user training on system usage, data management, report writing, and other related components.
Work with various departments to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
Assist with creating and maintaining policy and procedures for various departments
Work closely with IT staff in implementing changes and improvements.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and assist with debugging as needed.
Recommend and implement internal web solutions to assist departments with access to information, resources, and services.
Prepare reports, presentations, and participate in meetings as needed.
Interact with internal and external customers.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a business or technology related degree; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, especially, Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Written and verbal communication with special emphasis on technical writing.
Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
General knowledge of Jenzabar CX/JX, JICS, Linux, SQL, and IBM Informix database is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions.
