This encompasses the preparation of financial statements with disclosures, application of GAAP principles, and thorough documentation, validation, testing, and assessment of various control systems. Additionally, you'll serve as the primary client contact for basic inquiries, participate in reviews, and engage in agreed-upon procedure assignments.

Requirements:
--Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
--2-4 years of experience at a CPA firm
--Prior supervisory experience
--CPA preferred or actively studying for the CPA exam
--Strong verbal and written communication skills
--People development and delegation skills
--Executive presence, acting as the primary client contact
