What You Will Be Doing

- Assist construction project teams with all phases of project management
- Work with Project Manager to assist in project documentation, tracking, and closeout.

What You Need for this Position

A related bachelors degree is preferred and at least 3 Year of experience/knowledge of:

- Experience working for a mechanical contractor, engineering firm or construction manager
- Mechanical projects such as HVAC , plumbing and fire protection
- History working on commercial, healthcare and / or industrial projects as a mechanical contractor is preferred
- Experience processing change orders, RFI's, submittal and similar project documents
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), MS Project software and other relevant construction software
