The Technician is responsible for conducting Tests per Agency Compliance standards, completing and reviewing test data reports and packages and ensuring all data is accurate and advise if test performance is not within product specifications or product Agency Compliance Standard. Assists Agency Compliance Safety Engineers with test requirements. Coordinates, supervises and manages projects to make sure that they are completed on schedule. Assist with and create new and improved test procedures. Support activities essential for the delivery and commercialization of products, maintaining key functional competencies within the engineering group for the shared services provided for the Business Units. Such activities include lab-based developmental advice and recommendations as per our experience
Key Output/Task: Analyze/Test/Troubleshoot returns and products from the business unit Beauty and Wellness.
- Updating Daily Logs
- Documenting Activities
- Understand and follow the Management System as it pertains to the Safety Agency Compliance requirements.
- Prepares Agency Submission Test Packages and Internal Reports.
- Give Agency Compliance Safety Engineers recommendations on how to improve a product that is failing per their corresponding Agency standards.
- Work with Agency Compliance Managers on IFM's to ensure we can maintain EMEA certification.
- Create internal ETM's for Beauty BU.
- Test CEC (Un-listed Components) and submit documentation.
- Performs testing under the direction of the Safety Engineer for all BU's Beauty
