As a Superintendent you will plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities. Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Maintain all records related to construction projects. Schedule and coordinate inspections with appropriate agencies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
-At least 1+ year construction experience
-Independent & Driven Self-starter
-Passionate about what you do
Nice to Have
-BS in Construction Field
-Construction Retail experience
-Ground Up + Tenant Improvement experience
